One subscription that sets your level across every Max Health product, instead of a separate bill per app. Your tier applies uniformly, so upgrading lifts all of them at once and downgrading never singles one out.
No, and nothing is locked behind one. A free account is entitled to every product straight away, each at its own free level, which is enough to read your records, pull them together from your providers, manage consent, view imaging, sign a few documents and ask legal questions. A paid membership raises those limits everywhere at once; it does not unlock the door, it widens it.
Headroom, uniformly. Each of the 4 core products has its own free / Lite / Pro ladder: more documents a month, more legal queries a week, more jurisdictions, more capable AI models. Silver puts them all on Lite, Gold puts them all on Pro, and Diamond is Gold plus priority support and early access to what we are still building.

Yes. Team and Enterprise are employer-sponsored plans, billed per seat.
Your membership drops back to Free, which means every product returns to its free level. You keep using all of them, with the free limits. Nothing is deleted: your records, consents and documents stay yours, and you can export them at any point. Resubscribing restores the level immediately.
No. Your records are yours. The AI features work on your data to answer your questions, and consent is explicit, reviewable and revocable per data-sharing relationship.
It stacks rather than replaces. You always keep the higher of the two: your direct subscription to that product, or the level your membership grants it. Your membership tier also discounts the professional products.
