Service providers

These companies process data on behalf of Max Health Inc.. Each is bound by contract to protect it in line with the law and the sensitivity of health information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Hosting and storage

Cloudflare, Inc.: Hosts our websites and apps, runs sign-in, and holds the temporary, encrypted copy of records you import before you save them.
Amazon Web Services, Inc.: Hosts your Max Health health record, encrypted at rest. Location: Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1).

2. AI assistant

When you use the AI assistant in your Max Health record, the records you ask about are sent to the provider of the AI model you pick, so it can answer you. Only these providers are switched on:

Anthropic, PBC. How Anthropic handles the data
OpenAI OpCo, LLC. How OpenAI handles the data

None of them may use your data to train their models. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
